Senior Estimator

Working within a team and reporting to a commercial director, you will be typically working on such tasks as: Tender preparation and analysisCost managementSubcontractor management and negotiation Team mentoring and management of Junior and Intermediate EstimatorsKey success factors for this role require: A tertiary qualification in construction management or quantity surveying10 years experience worked a a Senior Estimator from a Tier 1 or 2 main contractorSound knowledge of the local construction market and relevant commercial construction legislation and ratesYou are helpful, possess strong ethical standards, you have a high work ethic.Outstanding written and oral communicationRemuneration: $170K - $180K
