We embrace Te Tiriti O Waitangi in all levels of our practice.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Inspire and lead a small team, cultivating a positive work environment where staff deliver a range of services and activities to our tangata whai ora in line with our values of : Te Wairua o Te Whakaaronui - Generosity of spiritTaumata Mana Ararau - Person directed actionHe Whakaaro Pai - Making a positive differenceTe Whakahiapo Mana Tangata - Actively embracing Te TiritiMana Tika, Mana Ora, Mana Ake - Justice and Social equity.Programme Delivery: Develop, provision and deliver of a range of activities both within Turning Point and in the wider community which contribute to recovery and social inclusion of our whai ora.Caseload Management: Ensure our tangata whai ora are assigned to a case worker to work alongside them on their goals and plans whilst engaged with our service.Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of service delivery, fostering a safe and supportive environment for those we serve.Qualifications and Experience:Proven Team Leadership skills and experience within the mental health or addiction service sector and/or within the non-profit sector.A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.A genuine passion for empowering individuals in their recovery journeys.Strong understanding of community-based mental health support and current best practices.Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.Why Choose Us:At Turning Point Trust Te Taiope Huringanui, we believe in the power of positive change.
