Southern Regional Manager - Permanent Full

RETAIL CHAMPION REQUIRED TO LEAD OUR SOUTHERN REGION BRANCHESWe are looking for a retail champion to be the new Regional Manager (RM) for our 7 branches south of the Bombay Hills - Hamilton, Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Wellington, Waikawa, Nelson and Christchurch.Both branch managers and cluster managers in these locations report directly to the RM, who is responsible for maintaining our high standards of customer service and operations in the network, and creating and disseminating best practice. This varied role covers HR (recruitment, rostering, reviewing and developing staff), stock (stock control, merchandising), and branch operations.Burnsco's managers are widely recognised as best in class retailers.
