As the Senior Commercial Analyst, you will work collaboratively across various departments, offering essential decision-making support to the business. Your responsibilities will include providing commercial advice, leading contractual negotiations, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. You will also engage in complex tender submissions and contribute to overall customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: •Partner with business stakeholders to provide commercial advice and support for senior management decision-making. •Lead contractual negotiations while managing risk and optimizing performance. •Monitor and communicate contractual risk, obligations, and expectations to relevant business owners. •Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Operations, IT, and Service Delivery teams to align customer contracts with key obligations. •Deliver timely and accurate analysis to support major customer accounts during deal negotiations. •Review pricing and commercial terms in tenders, including contract review schedules and costing models. •Lead and support sales-driven initiatives to improve margins and process efficiency. •Provide mentorship and support to other members of the Commercial team. •Analyze customer profitability and propose profit improvement strategies. •Develop pricing tools and dashboards to support growth initiatives.
