Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our team. Your responsibilities include: Tender Process Management: Oversee the tender process from design inquiries to successful handovers. Strategic Procurement: Procure materials and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitiveness. Collaboration: Maintain open communication between operations and estimating teams for seamless workflow. Value Engineering: Assist in the development of methodologies and value engineering for increased margins. Negotiation: Develop client relationships for negotiated or design-build contracts with higher margins. Site Inspections: Arrange and undertake site inspections to ensure accurate estimations. Qualifications We Seek: Diploma or similar in Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Construction or similar Extensive Estimation Experience: Proven track record in estimation with a focus on delivering quality results. Effective Communication:Strong communication skills to liaise with both internal teams and external clients. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and develop relationships to secure favorable contracts. Proactive Approach : Take initiative to contribute to the growth and success of the team.
