Senior Civil Engineer - Pm

With proven success and capability across general civil projectsWorking alongside some of the largest infrastructure clients in NZ$130K to $160K + flexible working, extra leave etc. We're needing 2 x Senior Civil Engineering Consultants for a dynamic engineering team, based in Wellington.

An outstanding opportunity to work on some of the highest profile Infrastructure projects in New Zealand, with some of the best clients in the country. They have an excellent portfolio of work including some of the most impressive multi-million dollar schemes across New Zealand.

What you will need:
Civil or Infrastructure trained with proven success and capabilityExperience in a Civil Engineering Consultancy or Client side organisationDegree or similar in Civil / Structural / Environmental engineering Ideally CPEng, with PMP or PMI certification tooA sense of humour and a willingness to have some fun.If you have substantial skills in either Procurement, PM, Asset Management, Risk, Infrastructure Strategy or Business Cases, this would be highly advantageous.
 
Duties for the roles will include:
Undertaking infrastructure engineering and management tasks for external and internal clients;Providing strategic and engineering advice for external and internal clientsMaintaining appropriate, open, friendly relationships with clients, sub -consultants and contractors Stakeholder managementExploring cross selling opportunities, engaging in business development,Being the company representative at industry and conference meetingsWe're looking for talented individuals from a civil engineering background. At experienced Engineering / Project Manager level you will able to oversee a number of projects and take the lead role on one or two large projects, driving these forward to a successful conclusion. We're also looking for a mid level project manager who would either lead smaller schemes or work with the Project Lead as appropriate. You will be commercially aware and able to programme the various stages of a project including reporting, charing meetings etc.
