FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Banking & Finance, Telecommunications, Commercial and Government.

FinXL is looking to engage an experienced Change Manager for a project with a key financial services client on an initial (6) month engagement. This role will be responsible for leading IT organisational strategy and implementation.

Responsibilities:
Managing the change aspects addressing immediate strategies to maintain the performance of IT shared services

IT organisational capability analysis and strategy

Organisational change management and implementation

Required Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 5 years' experience delivering leading change and communications for large programmes

Proven experience in IT organisational structuring and implementation - business analysis background a plus

Training and certification in a leading methodology such as Prosci, Kotter, Human Synergistic, etc;

Experience working on shared services implementations / transformation

The ability to be both a leader and hands-on /detail-focused

Strong general consultancy capability and experience across business case development and

change strategy

Strong client facing skills and the ability to engage effectively with C suites down through to frontline staff

An ability to draw out and understand the why
