To be part of our growth in the region, we are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate Civil Engineer to join us and work with our key clients. Project work encompasses the full spectrum, from small to large, across all parts of Aotearoa. Every day will provide you with new challenges and look a bit different; overall, this role will see you:
Be responsible for delivering projects on time and to budget while meeting client's needs and expectations Seek continuous improvement in the design process, including the use of new technology Communicate positively and effectively, ensuring that team members, managers and clients are well-informed of your project tasks. Be able to collaboratively undertake conceptual designs through to detailed design, contract procurement and construction administration with a small team. Consolidate and extend technical skills and show initiative in seeking learning opportunities Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills Develop and mentor others to grow successful careers Foster client relationships that contribute to repeat business About You We are looking for passionate people who have a desire to work on meaningful projects across Aotearoa and further afield in a multidisciplinary business. We are considering people from all backgrounds; although the below may be advantageous, you may have one, a couple or none of the below; we want to hear from you! 
Experience using 12d, Civil3d, OpenRoads or equivalent software. Familiarity with AutoCAD or MicroStation drafting software. Professional accreditation (CPEng) or working towards it. Enjoys working within a team environment. Ability to undertake local road and private access design and three water assessments and designs. Several years' experience in general civil design and construction, including stormwater, geometrics, active modes, earthworks or utilities. Ready to make the move?  New Zealand has lots to offer.
