About the role:
Working with ASB's newBusiness Banking Tribe, as a Salesforce Integration Engineer, you will work alongside a diverse multi-talented team in a fast-paced agile environment. This will include the following responsibilities:
Contribute to all technical aspects of projects, integrations, and solutions developed on the salesforce platform.
Help determine best approach for coding implementations and work with team to develop
Apply common Salesforce principles of good code development, including extensibility, reusability, maintainability, and code coverage
Work with Customer Experience Owners and functional analysts to analyse technical requirements for new features/capabilities
Design, develop and configure customised solutions.
Support the rollout of enhancements to the production environment
About you:
We'll value your proven initiative, problem solving abilities and leadership skills as we look for every engineer to lead from their position.
With regards to background, you will need the following capabilities:
6+ years practical experience in software engineering and 4+ years Salesforce platform experience of building solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud
Detailed understanding of Lightning and Apex development
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
Development experience with integration middleware
Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving and ability to work in fast paced, dynamic team environment
Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering high quality solutions
In addition, any of the following would be a huge bonus:
Experience with Communities and Service Cloud
Experience with Salesforce deployment tools
Salesforce Platform Developer II and designer certifications
Implementation of on-premise to cloud integrations
