If you're ready to shape the future of appliance retail and create captivating spaces that resonate with customers, this is your opportunity to shine.The role of Brand & Retail Spatial Designer is to design and deliver brand experience design solutions, aligned to Global Brand guidelines (F&P, DCS and Haier).The role works closely with both internal and external stakeholders to respond to spatial or architectural design requests and supports the growth and evolution of our Brands in retail environments and our Fisher & Paykel Appliances experience centres, while continuously improving the customer experience.This is where you come inIdeally, you'll have a bachelor's degree in design, interior architecture, or a related field. With proven experience in either architectural or spatial design, you will be highly proficient in design software such as Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Previous experience in a retail or brand experience context would be beneficial. With this experience you'll have good communication and presentation skills and possess a portfolio showcasing your detailed & innovative spatial design projects.You could come from a joinery design background or have worked in architectural drafting. The key requirement is technical capability with Revit for CAD development & maintenance.Role Responsibilities:Works with internal and external partners to create high quality Retail channel solutions for F&P's global markets in accordance with retail design guidelines developed by the F&P Retail Experience team.Takes design best practice, principles and thinking and translates these into concepts to meet design intent.Supports internal job management system for Global Displays TeamManages & maintains the Brand & Retail Experience design team's CAD based assets.Contributes to design projects including in-store retail design experiences and spatial design inputs.Work collaboratively to design outputs and brand aligned solutions across a range of platforms and channels ensuring designs are aligned with our Brands.Proactively reviews, scope and prioritise new design requests, working to achieve effective and timely outcomes.Upholds and maintains the integrity and consistency of our Brands, understanding its value and design principles.Identifies and executes design improvement opportunities.Ensures knowledge, insights and best practice are shared across business functions.Liaise with and work with internal teams, external agencies and third parties to drive design activity.Contributes to, and documents design specifications to support design consistency and efficiencies.What we offerWe can give you the rare opportunity to move into a large, complex global organisation headquartered in NZ, where you will gain wide exposure across the business.
