Job DescriptionOur research team plays an integral role in ensuring our customers' voice is heard and weaved into our decision-making. Reporting into the Research Chapter Lead you will be joining our Research chapter that sits within our Insights, Data & Services Chapter area. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your insights craft further and ultimately help empower the business to make customer-centric decisions. Key aspects of the Chapter Member role will include:Participating in squad ceremonies (stand ups, sprint reviews and retros)Contributing to squad developments and learnings by reviewing performance after each sprintDesigning and managing end-to-end research solutions to support key strategic initiatives Translating business needs and customer problems into research solutions – developing and executing research programs of work to meet customer needs, influencing positive customer and commercial outcomesCollating data from multiple data sources to tell one coherent story, with a clear call to action for the businessIdentifying trends and future needs that will shape our market and business opportunitiesSupporting business understanding of stakeholder (employee/shopper) satisfaction to enable deliver business growthSupporting a program of experimentation and test and learn to solve customer problems and validate thinkingWork with key stakeholders to develop and deploy frameworks that help us to understand the key 'Jobs To Do' across all areas of our business, helping to prioritise activities that drive incremental growth and stakeholder satisfactionSupporting our Voice of Customer programme Helping manage and grow our customer panel Managing relationships with external agency partners to deliver insights programmes (e.g. brand tracking programme, online communities)QualificationsWe are looking for a high-energy individual who wants to take this role and own it!
