Job Description:
HRG Group is seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, cooperative, and possess strong critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner.2. Utilize web chat software and tools to efficiently communicate with customers.3. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.4. Provide feedback to improve the web chat process and customer satisfaction.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Requirements:1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat role.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.4. Proficiency in using web chat software and tools.5. Energetic and driven personality traits.6. Cooperative and able to think critically in challenging situations.
