Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

CDW is seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position with a minimum of 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be energetic, independent, and possess strong soft skills in research and leadership.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services offered by CDW- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving- Strong research skills and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information- Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate others
