Job Description:Frontier Communications is seeking a dedicated and resilient Support Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a professional manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers- Assist in training new support staff as needed Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong presentation and negotiation skills- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Resilient and dedicated attitude towards customer service- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent Benefits:- Retirement plan- Paid overtime- Free accommodation Working Environment:At Frontier Communications, we strive to inject a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment.
