Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description: Code Avengers is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Online Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing support to customers through our online chat platform, ensuring a positive and seamless user experience. This is a part-time role, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through the online chat platform to provide assistance and answer inquiries promptly and efficiently- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers- Assist with monitoring and analyzing chat metrics to identify areas of improvement- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding chat interactions Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in typing and multitasking- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving skills- Must be motivated and adaptable- Soft skills like planning and cooperation- Equal Opportunity Statement: Code Avengers is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
