Job Description:

Centene, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This full-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client support roles.

Responsibilities:- Provide remote client support through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner- Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate issues as necessary- Document all client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations- Continuously improve client support processes and procedures to enhance overall service quality

Requirements:- Proven experience in client support or a related field- Proficient in using customer support software and CRM systems- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Reliable and adaptable with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving- Excellent people management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team- Creativity in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to client issues
