HRG Group is currently seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and communication.
Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide customer support and assistance with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.3. Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.4. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and effective responses to customer queries.5. Meet and exceed performance goals and quality standards set by the company.6. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures.7. Adhere to all company guidelines and protocols related to customer communication and data security.
Requirements:1. No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.3.
