This is a part-time position at the Associate Level that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. As a Remote Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong attention to detail.
