Are you ready to take centre stage in the world of healthcare? Our favourite Hospital in Northland is seeking a dynamic Theatre Coordinator to join the team in Whangarei.
As a key member of the private surgical environment, you'll leverage your Surgical knowledge and people management experience to orchestrate seamless operations in their theatres.
If you have a minimum of 5 years (Scrub/ Theatre experience) in New Zealand and possess excellent organisational/ people management skills, we want to hear from you!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and coordinate theatre operations in a fast-paced private surgical environmentUtilise your orthopaedics knowledge to support and enhance surgical proceduresManage and mentor a talented team to deliver exceptional patient careTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE Only New Zealand based Nurses with a minimum of 5 years Private Surgical experience will be considered/ contacted for this opportunity An expert portfolio in Theatre (ideally Orthopaedics) is essential Previous experience as a Coordinator/ Team Leader or Senior Nurse would be desirable Excellent organisational skillsProven experience in people managementStrong understanding of orthopaedics in a surgical settingPassionate about maintaining high standards of patient careBENEFITS
