We have teamed up with an established and growing business within the real estate sector who are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team. Acting as the first point of call for all phone email and walk in enquiries, this role plays a vital part in the smooth running of the office. Strong administration skills, a friendly phone manner, and the ability to multi-task are all incredibly important.
This is a great opportunity to showcase your reception and administration skills within a business that puts an emphasis on training and development.
The roles will involve: Meeting and greeting clientsProviding administration support to the wider teamEfficiently managing conflicting deadlines and prioritiesCreating and modifying existing documentsScheduling appointments and arranging meetingsManaging internal databasesSkills & Experience required: Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and control own workloadExperience in a reception or administration position preferred but not essentialExcellent phone mannerA high level of personal presentation and professionalismHigh attention to detailWith an office that prides itself on not only delivering quality work to their clients, but also fostering a healthy work culture, this really is a company you will enjoy working for.
