Psychiatry Clinical Head Of Department

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Offering an opportunity to shape and lead the service, at an exciting time of development and innovation - including the move to a new community hub- this role will work closely with the General Manager and Clinical Director to provide professional leadership with the aim of providing a high quality service to meet the department, service and organisational objectives.

The successful candidate will be one who is looking to make a contribution to improving outcomes for people accessing mental health and addictions care - in particular for Maori, with a focus on addressing inequity. As a member of the clinical governance forum it is important to have an interest in quality improvement, service development co-design and outcome measures.
