Job Description Harcourts Hawke's Bay have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to be part of their leading property management team. Harcourts are growing this division of their company and are therefore looking for an exceptional person to join their Harcourts Property Management Team.

Someone who loves working with people and developing long term relationshipsAble to deliver top notch customer service to all clients, customers, colleagues, and outside entitiesAn effective communicator who isn't afraid of picking up the phone and meeting people face to faceProblem solving abilities, being able to assess a situation and come up with practical solutionsNegotiation skills to ensure the best results for our clientsAble to work under pressure, be organised and prioritise workloadSomeone with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracyEnjoy working within a dynamic and successful team with the ability to work alone efficientlyA good understanding of technology across both desktop and mobile devices The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties across Napier and Hastings and preference will be given to those with some property management experience, however we are also welcoming applications from those who fit the skillset above and are seeking a new challenge and career pathway in Property Management.
