We're looking for an experienced or aspiring Facility Manager to join a 45 bed care home in an idyllic suburb of Napier.
About the Job:
As the heart of the facility, you'll spearhead operations with a focus on clinical excellence, safety, and unparalleled resident-centered care. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving success through your leadership and expertise.
What we're looking for:
Previous leadership experience in a similar environment, showcasing your ability to navigate operational complexities. A natural at building and nurturing relationships with residents, families, and our dedicated team.Expertise in audit management, ensuring regulatory compliance is always top of mind.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and staff management skills, including roster management experience. Preferably, you will come from a clinical background to ensure the highest standards of care delivery. And in return we provide:
