The Opportunity Project Administrator - Fixed Term to end of November 2024 - Whenuapai – Site Based - Attractive
The purpose of this position is to provide efficient administration support services to the Project Manager and the project team. Duties will be varied and many, from assisting the project team with site disestablishment, reception duties, office maintenance & ordering supplies, document control and updating, processing timesheets and all administration assistance to the Project Manager, including updating reports and documents.
About You You'll be an experience administrator, efficient, organised and with a can do attitude. You'll be a whizz at picking up systems and processes, and not shy way from a busy pace! You'll also need to have:
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and writtenCompetent in Microsoft Office applicationsAccuracy and attention to detail, producing quality work right from the start and within agreed deadlinesExperienced working in a project environment, encompassing Quality and Information Management Systems, data or record management and complianceWilling to take on new tasks and activities and uses own initiativeKnowledge of Procore; SharePoint (or similar) would be highly desirableKnowledge of JDE would be highly desireable Why Choose BPC?
