We seek a qualified and enthusiastic Project Supervisor to join our Operations team and help oversee a major civil and electrical construction project. You'll provide technical support and oversee the successful delivery, ensuring safety, quality, on-time completion, and budget adherence. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll prioritize safety, assist with work plans, and ensure thorough completion of relevant field paperwork. Your ability to organize and manage workloads, ensuring positive outcomes without compromising health and safety, is crucial. Additionally, possessing the following would be beneficial:- Knowledge and experience in LV, HV and EHV Distribution/Transmission - National Certificate Electricity Supply (NCES) – Distribution Level 4 or Live Work Level 5- National Certificate of Electrical Engineering Level 4 or equivalent - Knowledge of relevant Codes of Practice, Policies, Standards, Work Procedures, Legislative requirements and the relevant Parts of the Safety Manual – Electricity Industry (SE-MI)- Current Workplace Competency (WTC)'s as required by the role.- Full clean Class 1 driver's licence- Critical thinking and contemplative skills with the ability to solve problems and make decisions.- Experience with Civil Construction- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a multi-cultural environment.- A strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems and make decisions.- Ability to motivate and influence others while demonstrating integrity and trust.
