Job Description Fixed term 1 year fulltime, Auckland cityExpert with event management, LMS, CRMLanguages Chinese Mandarin project in Educational PLDThe opportunityAre you digitally savvy and the go-to person for event management, with the ability to update Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems?This is a great role where you will provide programme coordination and support for a team of people from different backgrounds. It would be an advantage for the project to have someone with Chinese Mandarin skills who is able to support stakeholder engagement in a culturally appropriate way. You would like to work within a team to achieve high outcomes for this project.The Language Programme designs and delivers concurrent and asynchronous professional learning and development to education professionals nationally. You will onboard and provide customer support functions for all professional learning and development, support stakeholder engagement, coordinate events, projects, and produce reports. You will also provide financial admin support to the Programme Financial Advisor and assist our Marketing team with the promotion and evaluation of programmes.Key responsibilities:Ensure all administration support of project delivery activities are completed as expected, on time and to a high standardSupport programme managers and facilitators with administrative tasks across our learning management system and CRMLiaise with and managing the profiles of the PLD participants in our core systems, and providing exceptional customer serviceFinancial administration tasks such as purchasing, invoices, managing timesheets & expensesCoordination of the planned, workshops and events and supporting the implementation of projectsSupport stakeholder engagement in a culturally appropriate wayAssist in promoting milestone reporting and evaluation of the different programmes and projectsYour skills and experience:It is essential for you to:Be proficient in working with CRM systemsBe confident working with digital platforms such as MS Teams, and running Zoom eventsBe a competent multitasker with excellent time management skills, and the ability to cope with competing demands without compromising deadlinesHave event management or event coordination experienceBe culturally sensitive and inclusiveHave superb verbal and written communication skillsBe a team player, flexible and willing to help othersExperience using a learning management system (LMS – Brightspace preferred) and working with databases and other business-related software would be an advantage.Preference given to a candidate with strong written and verbal skills in both Chinese Mandarin and English.Only applicants with the right to work in New Zealand will be considered.Who we areTui Tuia I Learning Circle delivers quality education and mentoring programs designed to strengthen the capability and resilience of educators.
