As the Principal Employment Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality strategic and tactical advice and representation on complex employee and industrial relations matters. This will involve leading strategy development and implementation, planning for employment and industrial relations and supporting union engagement and related work programmes, identifying and delivering training programmes coaching and mentoring of other HR team members.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter who has extensive experience operating at both a strategic and operational level across a complex environment. You'll enjoy and have a reputation as someone who supports, coaches and advises people leaders to get the best of their people and pragmatically resolve complex people issues.As well as this you will:
