Details of the offer

Based in East Auckland, and with parking provided, our client are renowned for their excellence in service, and close-knit and supportive company culture.
This position will suit someone with over years’ experience in PA and/or senior administrative work, ideally in a similar environment.
Reporting though to the Practice Manager and Partners and working closely with colleagues, the position will be involved in:
• Confidential typing and word processing
• Diary, phone and email management
• Processing invoices and payments
• General administration
• On-boarding documentation for new clients
The ideal candidate will have:
• Past experience in a high-level administrative support position
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Past experience with MYOB and Xero and strong computer skills
• Be able to hit the ground running with solid initiative and problem-solving skills
