Skills & experience required for this Registered Nurse -Perioperative Services Manager About the role
Our client is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated senior Registered Nurse or Anaesthetic Technician to oversee their Operating Theatres, PACU and CSSD departments. This newly developed role is a key leadership position within the hospital, responsible for ensuring high-quality surgical services are provided to our patients, treating their Medical Specialists as key customers, and ensuring our theatre suite is managed in a business-like manner.
This is a frontline, operational leadership role and will provide flexible leadership and support including inside the working theatre environment. As such, the Perioperative Services Manager will be required to provide cover for a range of operational functions including on occasion coordinating and resource nursing.
