Our services are whanau-centred and our initiatives focus on improving the social and wellbeing outcomes for whanau. Our business is growing, and so are our human resources needs. We are excited to offer this new opportunity for a People & Capability Coordinator to join our team located in Kaikohe. This is a fixed term contract for one year. We are looking for a People & Capability expert who has an eye for detail and is deadline orientated. You will support the Pou - People & Engagement to ensure the HR function at THOON is supportive of staff, management and ensures compliance with legislation and audit requirements. Key aspects of this role include: Coordinating recruitment and selection from beginning to end Employee powhiri and onboarding Creating employment agreements and employment letters through MyHR Support staff performance reviews Ensuring all HR forms, letters, IEA's are filed and meet audit requirements Supporting managers with HR requirements Excellent with oral and written communications Supporting and educating staff around HR-related policies and procedure and associated forms and processes We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, so if the above describes your superpowers, and you want to make a difference in our Northland community, please forward your CV and cover letter by 1 March to ****** Your application will include the following questions: Do you have experience in administration?
