This is a challenging and dynamic but rewarding opportunity that will kick start your HR career.You will be working across all HR administration-related activities and providing outstanding support to our employees and leaders within the Brian Perry Civil business.As you'll be supporting HR practitioners, you'll be able to really learn your craft and get some great development & coaching. If you've never worked in the Construction industry before this is a great opportunity to learn about our industry.Your key responsibilities will include:To provide comprehensive and professional P&P administration and coordination support to the P&P team and our leaders in an accurate and timely manner, with a focus on new hires into the business.Co-ordinate P&P processes and maintain supporting systems, policies and documentation in order to assist with the achievement of the Company's core strategies, policies and processes.Providing education and assistance to managers and employees on our people systemsTo assistthe P&P team with people activities and initiatives in line with the P&P business plan and business needs where required.Experience We are looking for candidates who have great administration skills and an eye for detail and who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You may have a Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, looking for your first role in Human Resources or someone with a strong administration background thinking about getting into Human Resources as a career.What is essential are your effective communication skills, ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships and a strong team focus. You will be trained in Workday, our HRIS System, so an affinity for systems and processes would be highly regarded.
