About the role Reckitt is seeking a Part Time HR Business Partner to join our team in New Zealand, using existing HR expertise to partner with the team in our fast-moving environment. The role is based in our Takapuna, Auckland office and is a flexible part time, 3 to 5 day per week position. The experience we're looking for Proven HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Experience working in a highly commercial, sales force focussed HR role is advantageous Strong knowledge of NZ labour legislation and employee relations landscape Demonstrated experience in end to end HR generalist activities and ability to work independently Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation. Ability to coach and influence leaders Behaviours that are aligned and the Reckitt compass and leadership behaviours. A confident problem solver and collaborative team player with ability to manage change. Achievvement oriented and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
