Payroll Team Lead

You will be leading a tight-knit and passionate team of three direct reports, and have the opportunity to improve and initiate processes and system improvements.You'll be responsible for keeping the business compliant with relevant legislation and regulators to drive best practice payroll.There will be some project work involved in the near future, implementing a new HRIS and Payroll System.About You The successful applicant will possess: Proven experience in a payroll leadership positionExpertise in end-to-end payroll in a large, complex organisationPrevious experience in a Payroll or HR system implementation projectOutstanding stakeholder management and relationship building skillsThe following is an awesome bonus if you have it: Experience managing ACC claimsAwareness/understanding of payroll reconciliationsBenefits offered: Salary between $100,000 to $115,000 per annum$300 wellness bonus yearlyActive training and developmentReimbursal of up to $30 per month for public transportLocal discountsFinancial support to relevant studyDiscounted health insuranceApplicants must be living in New Zealand with current and open right to work.
