Over time, the role will evolve to take more of an HR Analytics focus, growing your wider skill set. All this, and you get to enjoy hybrid working, balancing work from the lovely Takapuna offices with up to two days WFH.  Here's what you'll be involved in You'll be managing the fortnightly and monthly payroll process for a business of around 400 people. Liaising with the external payroll supplier, you'll work proactively to resolve issues and ensure the system is used to maximum capability. You'll also be the first port of call for payroll queries, which will see you working to educate people about the system and payroll process. Partnering with stakeholders within your HR team, as well as finance and the wider business, you'll provide a seamless user experience and always be finding ways to continuously improve processes.  Skills and experience you'll bring You pride yourself on your conscientious approach and attention to detail. You love delivering high quality customer service to the business and are deadline driven. You'll have one or two years' experience working in payroll, including strong working knowledge of the Holidays Act, ACC, PAYE, Kiwisaver and other relevant legislation.
