Job Description Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We are currently looking for Temporary Support Staff to cover the role of Fees Administrator (Finance admin skill set required) to join our Academic Services Team. The role is fixed term and full time (37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday) up to end of April 2024 to cover the role while a staff member is on secondment. We are working towards an immediate start date due to the urgency of the request. In this role you will provide administrative support in maintaining student financial processes, records and processing fees payments through Third Party contracts for sponsored students and internal and external scholarship holding students. Accountabilities Respond to internal and external customer enquiries regarding Tax Invoice, 3rd Party contract, and academic and tuition fees in a timely and accurate manner Assist with managing day to day transactions Process Study link Loans and refunds Responsible for Third Party reconciliation and if required, generating Third Party Invoices Manually adjust fees journal Investigate anomalies and correct where needed Collaborate with collections office to investigate on overdue accounts This is a band D position and the salary range for this role is $50,700 - $63,900 per annum depending on qualifications and experience. You will be required to have demonstrated experience in financial administration and experience in working with numerical data and high volume financial transactional processing.
