Managing Stock Control
Inward Goods
Merchandising
Customer Service & Point of Sale
Building Maintenance
Loss Prevention Teams
The successful applicant will have previous experience in leading teams, the primary focus is customer service with other key aspects to include operational effciency.
In addition, we are ideally seeking:
A passion for customer service excellence
Ability to help develop a team as well as work within a team
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to think ahead and offer innovative solutions
General computer skills and understanding of administrative processes
Ability to manage a varied and busy workload
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of products within a home improvement store or warehouse is an advantage
