The customer service lead role requires that you work across all facets of the business, delivering exceptional customer service and sales support. It will involve a range of tasks, and it is crucial you have the ability to prioritize and manage your varied workload. You will be responsible for driving the implementation of lean principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the office environment. A background in sales in preferred with a strong drive to elevate the business to the next level. Experience running a small business, call-centre or operational support is a bonus. Responsibilities and Duties: Answering and responding Inbound calls. Entering Customer Orders / Quote Generation. Maintenance of Customer-Oriented Sales Aids. Responding to Customer Enquiries. Sales support. Customer Account Information Maintenance. Day-to-day running supporting all facets of the business. To be successful in this role you will have: A customer-centric and sales mindset. The ability to work autonomously. Professional Phone Skills Excellent communication skills. Excellent Attention to Detail. Flexibility – Prioritize & Alternate Between Roles. A team player attitude. Intermediate-advanced proficiency is MS Suite. The ability to Work with Advanced Programs (InDesign, Photoshop). Flexibility for Extra Hours During Busy Seasons/Events.
