Job Description:
Cin7, a leading technology company in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in online chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online chat platform to provide exemplary customer service and increase customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the online chat platform, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the online chat service- Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and IT, to enhance the online chat experience- Train and mentor chat agents to provide high-quality customer service- Monitor chat agent performance and provide feedback for improvement- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online chat management
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in online chat management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptable and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Creativity and innovation to continuously improve the online chat service- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
