Job Description:
Duke Energy is seeking a motivated and driven Online Support Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Online Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers- Monitor online platforms for customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up to date on company products and services to better assist customers
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer support role- Motivated and driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong persuasion and decision-making skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms- Knowledge of basic computer software applications
