Online Support Officer

Job Description:

FirstEnergy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Support Officer to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: resilience and adaptability.

Responsibilities:1. Provide online support to customers through various channels (email, chat, social media).2. Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer problems.5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.6. Assist in creating and updating online support resources.7. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.3. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.6. Resilient and adaptable personality traits.7. Soft skills in adaptability and strategic planning.
