Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at TJX in Nelson, NZ. As part of the customer support team, you will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage and respond to online customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction- Monitor online customer feedback and reviews, taking appropriate actions to address any issues- Collaborate with other teams to improve online customer support processes and procedures- Analyze customer interactions and provide insights to help improve the customer experience- Train and mentor junior customer support staff- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer support

Requirements:- Minimum of 7 years of experience in online customer support or a related field- Hardworking and reliable with excellent communication skills- Strong presentation skills and the ability to cooperate with colleagues and customers- Proven track record of successfully managing online customer support operations- Familiarity with CRM systems and online customer support tools- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
