Office Administrator / Pa And Accounts

We're a fast growing commercial real estate agency with offices in Wellington and Masterton but active throughout New Zealand and increasingly overseas.

Your key responsibilities will be office accounting (invoicing / reconciliation / GST / PAYE / withholding tax etc) with Xero experience an advantage but not critical. Word processing contracts from websites.
Placing advertising / some copy typing / organising client entertainment / general office admin etc.

Flexible hours, generally 9.30 - 2.30 or 3pm but with ability to also work from home occasionally or remotely (school holidays etc). No weekend work.

A good sense of humour and willingness to contribute suggestions would be advantages.
