We are a busy, family-owned and highly reputable automotive workshop based in Mount Maunganui looking for a suitably experienced office administrator to join our team.The office administrator has the pivotal role of managing our 'front of house' and as such it is of utmost importance to us that this role is focused on providing exceptional customer service. You are an energetic and friendly people person and love to be organised. Using your strong communication skills and high attention to detail, you are able to ensure consistent smooth operation of the office and ensure our customers' service expectations are repeatedly met.Responsibilities:Maintain open lines of communication between workshop technicians and customers.Liaise with local and national part suppliers to efficiently complete orders.Utilize excellent computer skills for core day-to-day tasks using workshop management software, supplier ordering websites, and email.Work well under pressure when required.An understanding of the automotive industry is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
