Their business is transparent in its culture, inspired by friendliness, trustworthiness, reliability, and delivering quality services to their residential and commercial clients. They are looking for someone who can help share this message.About the Role: This role is approximately 60% office admin supporting the Estimator and Operations teams with administration-related tasks and 40% marketing, including social media. We are looking for someone with marketing and admin experience who fits right into a Trades environment and works well with the team.This role involves the following:Supporting the business with general office administration tasks.Maintaining and expanding public communications and brand awareness via social media, website, and email marketing.Developing knowledge of our services and how to deliver them to customers.Responding to customer inquiries, providing support, and driving a positive outcome for both the customer and JT Plumbing.Managing and working with third-party marketing providers.Role Requirements:Have 2-3 years of online marketing experience managing social media channels, writing content and blog posts, updating websites, and creating email campaigns.Experience with ZOHO or other CRM systems would be a bonus.Ability to upskill and learn how to use Simpro Job Management software.Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Be driven by wanting to make a difference and seeing the results.Able to work independently and take ownership of the role and drive it.Have heightened awareness of customer expectations, experience, and service.Be proactive, creative, resourceful, and solution-focused.Able to identify issues and recommend alternatives.Sound time management and prioritising skills.Outgoing and positive person, who understands their role in the company and excels in doing it well.If you believe you are the perfect person for this position then PLEASE APPLY ONLINE to Kirsty Morrison who will be processing all applications on behalf of JT Plumbing.One21 are Recruitment Business Partners with JT Plumbing LtdAll One21 Job Vacancies: https://one21.co.nz/#JTPlumbing #TaurangaJobs @One21 #Tauranga #marketingjobs#J-18808-Ljbffr
