Rotorua Rentals is searching for a full-time office manager. to take over overseeing the office and property managers.Rotorua Rentals is an established brand with a small team of professionals. We've been in the rental business since 1993, focusing on our specialty: Renting houses.About the role.The office manager will be overseeing day to day operations including:Staffingreport to the owners of the company how the performance of the team is running.Keeping the office need and tidy.Allocating resources for the office and staff requirements.Assisting and collaborating with other staffInsuring compliance with company policies and procedures and safety standards at all times.Server as the primary point of contact for staff, and clients.The role includes a phone and laptop, to complete your tasks.What we are looking for:Have a hands-on approach with drive.Be confident and have effective problem-solving abilities.Previous office management experience.Must understand property and building codes.Must have a valid full driver's license.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as an office manager?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?How many years of residential property management experience do you have?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Do you have a current Police Check (Criminal Record Check) for employment?Are you willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
