Position:Network Security Solution Designer
Location:Melbourne CBD
Duration:ASAP till December 2019 (with possibility to extend)

FinXL IT Professional Services is an innovative Australian owned company providing our clients with technology enabled business solutions and consulting services.

We are looking for a Network Security Solution Designer with Solid experience in designing solutions in the Network and Security domain to join our Melbourne team.
You must have Proven ability to work with a mix of stakeholders and a can do / self-start attitude. You will be Responsible for the design and communication of high-level structures to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs within network and security solutions

Mandatory
Providing guidance and oversight on the development of solution components to ensure that they take account of relevant architectures, strategies, policies, standards and practices - Specifically networking and security components.

Collaborate with business, project and other IT stakeholders to ensure the architecture is understood and accepted into production.

Producing solution architecture documentation.

Analysing business problems, understanding process and the ability to define a solution architecture.

Assist with business requirements analysis and capture relating to project initiatives.

High level stakeholder and client engagement skills.

Ability to work with a team to provide written responses to technical proposals and/or reports/documentation for delivery to tech lead/project manager.

Strong problem resolution and decision-making abilities.

Ability to translate technical details into concise and easy to understand written form appropriate for varying target audiences.

Enterprise Scale Network Management systems & automation.

Minimum 5 years prior experience as a solution designer in Network and Security domain.

Working knowledge and experience with cloud

Data Centre & Internet Gateway network solution design

Infrastructure technologies from vendors such as:

Cisco networking infrastructure
Network Security (firewalls and other policy enforcement devices)
Routing technologies
Traffic management technologies (local balancing, prioritisation)
