Music School - Operations Assistant/Receptionist

We offer fantastic music lessons in various locations around Wellington for students of all ages (toddlers to adults). Our vision is to be a dynamic place where everyone can come to learn and enjoy music!
We’re looking for two Operations Assistant to help with the operations of our music lessons on Saturday mornings, Tuesday evenings and Thursday evenings. Responsibilities include the following: setting up and packing down at the various locations we hold music lessons ensuring that operations run smoothly responding to any teacher/student enquiries contacting teaching relievers if necessary helping with administrative tasks We’re looking for someone with the following attributes: Organised, punctual and trustworthy with the ability to work autonomously Friendly and approachable with great people and communication skills A careful driver with a NZ driver’s license and access to a reliable car Physically fit and able (as this requires some setting up of music equipment) Has some basic skills in using the internet and Microsoft Word & Excel. Is available for work during operations hours
A musical background is not essential.
