Job Description: Crimson Education is seeking a highly experienced Online Support Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As the Online Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of online support specialists to ensure seamless communication and support for our online platform users. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level of experience with at least 6 years in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage a team of online support specialists to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our online platform users.2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online support process and improve overall user experience.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any technical issues or improvements needed for the online platform.4. Analyze user feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the online support services.5. Train and mentor team members to continuously improve their skills and knowledge in online support best practices.6. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness of the online support team and make data-driven decisions for improvement. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.2. 6+ years of experience in online support or customer service roles.3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.4.
