Join Our Team as Marketing Performance Manager! Are you a strategic marketer passionate about optimising the acquisition of leads and driving sales success? We're seeking an Auckland or Dunedin based dynamic Marketing Performance Manager to join our team and significantly impact our sales pipeline! About the Role: The Marketing Performance Manager exists to improve our lead generation activities. You will implement data-driven changes to enhance the user experience and acquire leads effectively. Collaborating closely with Area Sales Managers (ASMs), originators, marketing, and product teams, you will work and engage in real time to increase leads and convert sales opportunities daily. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the digital sales pipeline enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of lead generation activities and influencing consistent best practice lead management throughout the lead-to-loan funnel. You will use data insights to lead improvements that enhance the user experience and maximise lead acquisition, including collaborating with agency partners to optimise bidding strategies and the digital product team to improve user journeys that convert. You'll employ A/B testing strategies and embed a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with sales and marketing stakeholders to lead and influence behaviour change and drive increased lead conversion. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Strategy Develop and implement data-driven lead generation strategies to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Propensity and Churn Models: Build and analyse propensity and churn models to understand customer behaviour, enabling proactive retention and upselling strategies. User Experience Enhancement: Analyse consumer behaviour to enhance the lead generation and loan conversion process. Own our digital sales pipeline, monitoring and influencing the real-time lead-to-loan funnel. Website Maintenance & Content Management: Oversee the MTF Finance website, ensuring it's up-to-date and user-friendly. Stay updated on industry best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement. Work closely with external and internal teams to optimise lead generation and loan conversion efforts. Analyse lead generation data, make data-driven decisions and implement strategies to increase conversion rates. Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead generation performance, providing insights and improvement recommendations. Essential skills: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Minimum experience in lead generation, data analysis, CRO, or a related role. Proven experience leading and influencing complex stakeholder relationships at a senior level. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proven experience in website management, including content updates, performance optimisation, and security implementation. Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices and web analytics tools Familiarity with web accessibility standards and mobile responsiveness. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Creative thinking and a passion for optimising lead generation/lead conversion processes. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
