This role is responsible for providing highly effective, targeted, and strategic marketing across all businesses in the group. About the role: Lead and drive the delivery of marketing strategies, inclusive of brand, media, and external relationships.Develop annual marketing plans in line with the marketing strategy that details the year's activity.Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.Conduct market research and environmental scans to identify market requirements for current and future services across all businesses.Strategic planning and change management – work collaboratively with General Managers brand management, risk, campaigns, market changes, media, and communication.Execute online communication including the website and social network media to benefit the business.About you: You have extensive marketing experience within the construction industry with a strong understanding of platforms, channels, and strategic campaigns.You have proven experience in successfully designing, planning, and implementing marketing initiatives and plans that meet the strategy within budget and deadlines.You have strong practical knowledge in all facets of the customer experience including social media.You have strategic change management and strong communication skills amongst internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and supporters.You have an understanding of market research design and implementation as well as the ability to uncover key customer insights.A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Management will be highly regarded.Benefits: In return for your skills and commitment, Euro Corporation is offering a very market-competitive salary as well as a company bonus, and of course the ability to have a deep and meaningful impact on the already successful business.
